Always dependable and have always kept my unit leased.
I have been renting though this company for about 4 months and have had no problems so far. The apartment is great and was a great deal. They clearly keep up maintenance and I have no complaints. As far as a comparison between other companies in the area, I have had much worse experiences, but have probably not had any much better experiences. A great company to use overall.

Accommodating to our requests – Maintenance responds quickly, monthly statements are mailed out itemizing charges and they include a newsletter - a really nice touch, and BPM was accommodating to our move-in requests.

Respect for reciprocation – I had read a lot of negative reviews for BPM before we rented, but we really liked the unit so we decided to rent anyway and tread carefully to make sure we don't get screwed. Yes, BPM caters to students, so a lot of the properties aren't well-maintained. What do you expect, when frat-boys light couches on fire in their lawns? Great management – Boulder Property Management is a great Management company here in Boulder. They are very professional. When a problem arises maintenance shows up in a timely manner. When you call with questions everyone is extremely friendly and very accommodating. However, they are much more businesslike around January and February when everyone is looking for housing for the next year. They are firm, but within good reason.
