Boulder Property Management is a great Management company here in Boulder. They are very professional. When a problem arises maintenance shows up in a timely manner. When you call with questions everyone is extremely friendly and very accommodating. They have a very large selection of properties to choose from so their website is a great place to start when looking for housing in Boulder.
I have been renting though this company for about 4 months and have had no problems so far. The apartment is great and was a great deal. They clearly keep up maintenance and I have no complaints. As far as a comparison between other companies in the area, I have had much worse experiences, but have probably not had any much better experiences. A great company to use overall.
Accommodating – I rented for half a year from these guys in east boulder a half a year after i graduated and don't have a bad thing to say about these guys. They were accommodating with our initial deposit and move in date.
Awesome – Dan Estey, one of their realtors helped us sell our house in three days and then did an awesome job of helping us find the perfect house.
great location – Perfect apartment set up for students at Boulder. Three bedrooms - 2 Baths. Great location; bus stop right outside the door!
Friendly & Efficient – The maintenance staff moves fairly quickly if there's an area that needs to be addressed. When family / friends visited they were very complimentary of the place and I believe it's a good layout for 1 person possibly a couple. Also the staff at Boulder Property Management are very friendly and efficient.
