BEST COMPANY TO WORK FOR!!! – I have been working for BPM for nearly 17 years now. We deal with over 2000 tenants on a monthly basis, and then atleast double that for the parents of these tenants since the majority of our residents are students. I have been renting though this company for about 4 months and have had no problems so far. The apartment is great and was a great deal. They clearly keep up maintenance and I have no complaints. A great company to use overall.
Great apartment complex, awesome location 5 minuite walk to campus and Pearl St, Boulder Property Management has been, by far, the best property management company that I have worked with in Boulder. They are quick with responding to any concerns that I have about my apartment. Thanks BPM!
