Excellent speed and quality of service – I recently moved to this location from another site which BPM manages, and both places have been great. The speed and quality of service that they provide is excellent, and the rates are good too. I would recommend any BPM property.
Friendly and efficent – The staff at Boulder Property Management are very friendly and efficient.
Highly Recommended – The apartment is reasonably well priced as you get what you pay for. For those attending the University of Colorado at Boulder, the location is excellent as it is a five minute walk to campus. The interior is clean and in general very bright.
Great property management – I found maintenance to be great. They were always very quick to fix things, minor issues were fixed within a few hours. The company does not interefere with me too much, as long as you pay your bills you never come into contact with them outside of maintenance requests.
BPM ain't so bad – I've rented from BPM a couple different times (different places- nonconsecutive) and I've never had serious problems with them. I haven't moved out of my current place so I'm not sure how they'll do me with the deposit. The first time they were a little overzealous in applying charges after we moved out, but nothing that particularly outraged me. Boulder Property Management – Just look at the maintenance manager,,,WOW uneducated, old, and not a professional property manager. This company will rob you blind. Just look at all the dogs in the office...one with glasses..
BPM is terrible! – Major problems with heat/gas and hot water. Nothing seems to ever work. Rude staff. The maintenance guys work from like 3-6 so nothing ever gets done. These guys are terrible. I can't wait to move. Don't even consider it.. unless you love cold showers and wearing gloves 24/7 indoors. stay very far away from bpm
The heat hasn't been working for 2 days and it's 10 degrees out and snowing. Every issue has been ignored and I've had to pay for fixes out of pocket. Never responded to any emails. It's ridiculous. I'm thinking of giving them my 1900 deposit (on a $700 apt) just to move out. These people are seriously nuts! Stay away from Boulder Property Management Corporation aka BPM
RUDE and GREEDY – Do not rent here. they are theives. I tried to get a hold of them for 2 weeks via e-mail and phone to make arangments with my rent since my Boyfriend was out of work and i come home to an eviction notice and 3 days to take care of a rediculous amount of late charges. they were very rude about getting "their money" and unwilling to work with me at all.
