I'm renting with Boulder property management this year
If you pay your rent and leave the place in a good condition, you'll find that the BPM staff is really great. I highly recommend them and BPM is professional and honest.
I rented a studio apartment at the Colorado Place Apartments near CU through Boulder Property Management for the two years I was in graduate school. I enjoyed the apartment very much as it was a nice space for myself and it was very close to campus which was perfect for me. .. it is Boulder we're talking about. Great apartment complex, awesome location 5 minuite walk to campus and Pearl St, Boulder Property Management has been, by far, the best property management company that I have worked with in Boulder. They are quick with responding to any concerns that I have about my apartment. Thanks BPM!
The maintenance staff moves fairly quickly if there's an area that needs to be addressed. When family / friends visited they were very complimentary of the place and I believe it's a good layout for 1 person possibly a couple. Also the staff at Boulder Property Management are very friendly and efficient.
I found maintenance to be great. They were always quick to fix things, minor issues were fixed within a few hours.
The company does not interfere with me too much and as long as you pay your bills you will never come into contact with them outside of maintenance requests.
The apartment is reasonably well priced as you get what you pay for. For those attending the University of Colorado at Boulder, the location is excellent as it is a five minute walk to campus. The interior is clean and in general very bright.
Thank you so much for working with my dad. I know he is difficult and I appreciate your being flexible with the situation. Here is a check for the $750.00 as that is all I have from him at this time. I have dated it for Friday, July 22nd, as you said you would wait to deposit it until then. You are great with Collections, and giving us more chances.
