During my time living there, I was involved in a domestic violence incident where my ex drove his car into a shed on the property while I was in the vehicle. I can't say enough great things about BPM. They are all about helping the students/renters find the right places for them, working very hard and kindly to help them sort through issues and make good choices for their housing. As an out of state parent they have been unbelievably helpful, patient, kind and very active in ensuring every detail is taken care of. I have been blown away by all of the staff, and a big thank you to Haley and Madison for their HUGE kindness and help! Top notch company! Can't thank you enough!
BPM managed my two duplexes in Boulder. Initially, they seemed to do a good job. However, after receiving feedback from tenants, I found much deferred maintenance and some concerning issues. I no longer use BPM. Tenants alerted me this January they were billed $7193 for water; the bill had been accumulating since October. After determining there was no water leak, BPM informed me their approach was to take no action and wait for next month’s bill.
