They have a Great apartment complex.
Dan, one of their realtors helped us sell our house in three days and then did an awesome job of helping us find the perfect house.
The maintenance staff moves fairly quickly if there's an area that needs to be addressed. When family and friends visited they were very complimentary of the place and I believe it's a good layout for one person, possibly a couple. Also the staff at Boulder Property Management are very friendly and efficient.
If you read the lease, pay your rent and leave the place in good condition, you'll find that the BPM staff is really great. I highly recommend them. BPM is professional and honest.
I feel like maintenance responds pretty quickly, within a couple of days, and you guys are always good about helping me break down the bill.
The maintenance department has been great. They always got someone out to help me very quickly.
