I've always had a great opinion of Borgess, and numerous family members have received excellent treatment over the years. Living in Battle Creek, I was heartened to see a flyer come from Borgess for free Preventing Breast Cancer seminars. With Bronson becoming prevalent in our area I was so glad to see Borgess actively participating. But I must note, the flyer I received was delivered on 11/17/16. The date and times of the two seminars, 11/17/16, 2 p.m.and 5:30 p.m. in Kalamazoo! And they required RSVP's. These look very inf... read more

Great experience for my first surgery. The receptionist were super friendly and inviting. The nursing staff (Yvonne, Stacy, Melissa, and others) rocked it out before and after surgery. The anesthesiologists (Dr. Jeff and Dr. Greg) were amazing. And my surgeon, Dr. Krinock, was precise and took care of exactly what he said he'd take care of.
The staff was hit or miss last night. Not the great care that I have come to expect. At one point I had to hook myself back up to the heart monitor cuz no-one came in to do it.
I had a cerebral angiogram yesterday. I was very nervous but the nurses and Dr made me feel calm . Went well.
All the doctors and nurses were extremely nice and informative, I am looking forward to the next time I am there lol, thank you all for caring for me! Peace and Love
Always a pleasure to have an appointment there..we are treated with the upmost respect
I was checked in and had my mammogram and back out to my car in about a half an hour. All the staff was very pleasant.
if I was able to rate it 0 Stars I would they don't know their ass from a hole in the ground most pathetic hospital in Michigan
