They have been wonderful to my family through the process of my moms breast cancer! Very helpful, and very organized with the process! My mother also works for Borgess and it is the best employer she has ever had. Our journey with the Breast cancer is just beginning and we plan to stick with Borgess the whole way! Thank you to a great medical system!
This hospital sucks. The sign says "severity". What's that when they take those in with sprained ankle before someone that can't breathe. Awful service.
Borgess is the most unorganized hospital, good thing Bronson got better at hearts so there is absolutely no reason to come here. First, they make you order your food in advance and if you miss it then you don't get food and when you do get the food, it's usually not what you ordered. They lost my car keys and my coat and when I called to get information on a patient they didn't answer multiple times and when I asked if I could be transferred to someone else to just get basic information they were rude, "I don't have control ... read more
I had excellent care not only in the ER but even after I was admitted to inpatient. Every staff member including housekeeping and food service employee there was compassionate!
Took them a week to decide my grandma had a stroke. Then let a family member sign dpoa without notifying the other siblings! Take your loved one somewhere better...
The ER sucked this time and the last time i had a small bowel obstruction. I was in pain over an hour in the waiting room encore i saw a doctor. But when i finally got to the 7th floor, their are some wonderful people (nurses and p.a.'s) that work on that floor. Thanks for listening and the level of care
I have only 1 Comment, my wife was there for Outpatient Surgery & I believe your waiting area for that should try to be duplicated for your Inpatient Surgery waiting.
Dirty and unorganized. Staff was rude and on Thier cell phone in the emergency area more than they were helping the patients. Ugh
Dont know how this place has 4 stars. Unless you are there for cardiac care i would go to Bronson Hospital.... Goto a hospital for help per the recommendation of mom's primary Dr and a neurologist and you leave with pamplets after they run a bunch of unnecessary test...... This place is a huge joke! Used to think highly of this hospital.
