Would never go back to a place were the nurses tell the patient "they do not have time" to do something that is there job. Have to call them 3 or 4 times before they come for anything. And to top it all the lack of communication and very unorganized. O
I'm here with my father during his current illness and this hospital is filthy. They haven't come to clean the room in days (same trash can overflowing with same garbage). For 3 days there wasn't a linen container in his room (against code). These nurses are the rudest I've come across. I just pulled the call light because an alarm was going off and the horrible person that came in stared me down and told me it wasn't important and she would know after 17 years of being a nurse what alarm was important and what wasn't. First time being in borgess hospital to stay it's been two days now hopefully i can go home soon
I will never return to Borgess again.there was so much that happened to much put on here i rather talk to someone about it..the nurses were very rude and didn't care i was in so much pain.......and instead of keeping me to see what heck going on with me they discharged me without diagnoses im still sick and in very bad pain today...the people that work night shift are very rude and dont give crap about anything just to get you out of there..so please contact me to talk about this but in mean time they lost me as ever being a... read more
The staff and volunteers here are absolutely amazing. They make you so comfortable and welcome. All of the doctors, nurses, PAs, etc are incredibly knowledgeable and willing to answer any question at any time. They're prompt when you call them and they check on you more than any other hospital I've been to (without disrupting you). I had family members who worked here for over 60 years combined (grandmother and mother) and I've always been Borgess loyal, but as of late they've made it all the better.
great nursing staff are kind meet every need. dietary has very good food
Great hospitality! Really liked the staff and the facility.
