Borgess is the best hospital in this area. They have the best doctors, surgeons, and nurses. They take good care of you and make sure your comfortable. They care!!
When we 1st arrived the guy at the window was very nice and very helpful. Once we got a room, that's when the service went down hill. Our nurse was extremely rude and the lady that took our insurance information was so rude and judgemental! We have never been to the ER before and won't go there again!
Seemed to be very unorganized. Got hubby ready for surgery, just about ready to wheel him down & cam& asked us for the dixs, (which we did not have) &then came & said we found. T. Them. Was an hour before Dr even came out to talk to us. As he wasin recovery thry said hes fine but we cant go back, for 3 hrs we did this then they told us waiting on a room. Finally got to his room aboutv2:30 after being there since 5:30am. Never washed him up , never changed sheets or pillow cases witch had blood on them. Was always late on pai... read more
Best place ever. The nurses super nice. The dr got right to business n got things done to find out what's going on with you. Thanks so much Borgess Hospital.
I was admitted here for 3 days and the nurses did nothing but talk crap about their patients. They were really rude, almost didn't let me get and eat lunch before they had security escort me out of the hospital. I would not recommend anyone to go to this hospital.
