Borgess hospital is a very clean hospital, with nice people's who work there. In pulse they're doing a great job with the patience like my cousin Brian Miller in room 751 on the 7th floor I'm very thankful for their help..
ER was efficient, 3 North (Particularly Nurse Bill) did a great job caring for my family member who was there for 5 days. Would highly recommend this fine hospital.
This place is awful dissrespectufl service staff that gives out wrong information when you ask for it then. Gets upset at you for not making your appointment. What a fucking disappointing place, you would think if they have and spend all this money to be the best and greatest and can't even give out the right fucking address.
The nurses in the medical unit are inattentive and unnessarily sarcstic. Seems like their purpose in being there is to collect a paycheck and little else. Not everyone is a drug seeker so stop treating everyone as if they are. No one asking for pain medication should be treated with skepticism. It's bad enough having pain, but it's not a nurse's place to make you feel like you're some dirt bag druggie if you dare ask for some pain relief before the allowed time elapses.
Excellent, competent and efficient care. Couldn't ask for a better place to go.
