The doctors and nurses were AMAZING...they not only took excellent care of my dad but me too. He had an aneurysm and this is our 9th day here. He only has a day or hours now. ALSO RECIEVED SNACK CART WITH FRUIT, CHEESE AND COFFEE. BUT THE ONE NEGATIVE IS THE CAFETERIA. OPENS AT 6 CLOSES DOWN AT 2 THEN REOPENS AT 4 TO 6:30. WELL WHEN YOUR FAMILY MEMBER IS DYING AND THINGS PEOPLE CAN'T ALWAYS MAKE THOSE HOURS. I ALSO USUSALLY EAT A LATE DINNER WITH NOTHING AVAILABLE BY VENDOBG MACHINES. I hate it every time i come to borgess it smells like death inside that's a shame, you all took good care of my sister she had heartfailure and also the nurses are snobish thats sick, with out no problems you have great doctors i thank you for that.
My grandmother was brought to Borgess today and was treated horrible and with such disrespect. Absolutely terrible treatment. Horrible horrible horrible hospital.
I had a great experience at Borgess. Been home for two weeks now and was a patient for two weeks. Rooms, had one before surgery then different one after surgery, were extremely clean and food was excellent. First time ever at this hospital and would highly recommend Borgess's services to anyone! Thank you for everything! Nurses were first class!
My wife had double bypass surgery on Tuesday. Dr Martin is an amazing man and Doctor. The whole staff has been fantastic to me and her , from pre-op to recovery. The CICU is very attentive and professional. An overall great experience. She has always been treated with the best of care for all of her past heart issues. We can't thank you enough Dr. Martin and Borgess staff.
This place is a joke! Day two of waiting for an antibiotic because the doctor didn't do her charts. And i am paying for what?
The nurses and the physicians took excellent care of my mother. When her condition worsened and we knew she would die, they gave our family a large room so our whole family could surround her and be with her, and brought up a cart with fruit and brownies and coffee and juice and water. Such kindness shown meant so much, because we would not leave her side. The nurses did everything in their power to help her have a comfortable death. I will be eternally grateful to Borgess.
