My daughter had her first surgery, the staff was excellent. Very kind, attentive and informative. Great experience.
I walked in not knowing where i was going of course and there was staff rifht there very helpful welcoming and told me exactly where to go and from there my experience was perfect.
X-rays reveal a shattered knuckle and a broken finger. But... Borgess does not have a hand specialist. I'm kind of disappointed... I had to find a different location for surgery.

The billing needs to have a major overhaul!! Have been here several times always doing something odd with the billing.
First and foremost I'd like to thank the wonderful men and women of Borgess Medical Center for the utmost care for myself and superb treatment of my family. The Doctors were spot in in their treatment, and my nurses and aids carried out their orders perfectly. Not once did I ever feel outta place or that we didn't belong there. I will continue to go there for what ever myself and family need. Again my hats off to all of you at Borgess Medical Center!!!
First off, I would like to let you know if it wasn't for the quick response and treatment of your hospital I would not be writing this. Your neurology department saved my life in 2010 and for that I am forever thankful. Secondly, your cardiac department is absolutely phenomenal! The knowledge and humbleness is wonderful. It's great to be in a place where you or your loved one is being treated and have confidence that they will take care of everything!
