My daughter was in for RH Carpal Tunnel Surgery. She received very good care. The doctor was good. The nurses and staff were good. Also the they treated me as a woman the whole time. They didn't question at all. So I would say it was a nice experience.
It's a really good place. There wasn't a long wait time to get seen but took hours for a room. The staff all are friendly and helpful.

I love Borgess. Had to go to ER yesterday for poor breathing and heart pains. They got me in right away and met all my needs.
They got my father in right away and have been great!
Got me in a room quickly and the doctor came in quickly. Doctor was very nice and did his best to make me comfortable. He felt bad for hurting me and gave me some extra numbing medication and pain pills. The only thing I didn't like was waiting forever to get my discharge papers. 10 min in the waiting room. 10 min wait for the doctor.20- 30 min to take care of me. 1 hour for discharge.
I want to thank my nurses and doctors for the care that gave me
2nd time I've been in the ER with my mom who has dementia. Very disappointed with both experiences, but our most recent experience was so awful that I'm pretty sure we will not go back. On top of the lack of communication between medical staff, our ER nurse was rude. Through it all, our nurse's aid was wonderful, kind, helpful and sincere. (Thank you Guadalupe!)
