Each time my husband has been there we were happy with the care he received.
I understand busy, but when someone who is a heart patient and is having chest pains is made to sit in your waiting room for THREE AND A HALF HOURS, and then leaves in frustration, that is inexcusable! Any ER but Borgess!
I have lost all respect for the way the emergency room treats people now.my 84 year old dad who has been in bed for month with a bad heart and valve . Had a fall and his neck is in so much pain he told the reception desk that he wanted to end his life!! Well go sit in that chair in the waiting room for two hours that should help,. Dont Go to borgess emergency unless you have nowhere else to go. 3 to 4 hour wait. My husband came in hard time breathing. When i seen 17 people go ahead I went and complained. The lady at the desk says a hurt elbow isnt an emergency. My husband didn't have a hurt elbow. The triage nurse didn't listen to anything that was said. She wrote down a cough. Wtf. Really. It's a good thing my husband didn't die in the waiting room, waiting to b seen for a cough. ( according to the triage nurse). Or don't forget the lady at the desk ... read more
I had to have a colonoscopy and endoscopy at the same time. A big shout out to the staff for the great care and attention my daughter and I received during my short visit there. Thank you..You're the best!
I have never seen a hospital so filthy! I was waiting for a family member in the outpatient waiting room. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days! A hospital is not a place to feel disgusted!
I have a wonderful spot in my heart for Borgess Medical Center and and the care they gave my husband the 3 times he was there,and the care he received in the ICU unit his last night on this earth. Dr,s and nurses were wonderful and caring.I,m going to Borgess Health Park now and the Quality of care from there is outstanding,saved my life a few times. I tell every body about Borgess . !
