Your hospital sucks and would never come there again for nothing
The communication and customer service provided after my yearly physical was unacceptable. I received numerous bills due to being billed incorrectly. I was forwarded to a voicemail five times and told to leave a message regarding my concerns. I never received a call back from their management, which guarantees a call back within 72 hours. My fourth bill is now overdue and I still have not been contacted back, despite my constant effort to reach somebody. They sent my son home with a fever of 103.3 and they did not offer any fever reducers. My son has a history of febrile seizures and they acted like they didnt care.
August 25 2015 Dr. Kreitel coiled a brain aneurysm I had and then I had to spend the night in NICU. I had the best care ever. Thank you Dr. Kreitel and my nurses Shelly,Amber, and Barb. You guys are awesome.
I drive my finacee an hour to my doctor in Lowell because the service is so poor at the Battle Creek location. They didn't want her medical records from her previous doctor then charged her for tests that would not have been needed if they had those records. Ridicuously long waits and way overpriced as well. It's to bad.
I think that it is a great hospital they have the best doctors and great nurse,s and tec,s, i feel safe at this place i have had famley members cared for hear they were awesome with them

Best bed side manors I've ever seen and top rated back doctors around
I have had great care from all doctors and nurses, 2 of my BEAUTIFUL children were born there, Dr james was AWESOME, at Borgess women's health, he was with me through my whole 3 pregnancies, and 3 c-sections, my 3rd pregnancy care at Borgess but delivery was done at Bronson hospital, where he had privileges as well. Before he moved on to take a great opportunity at another hospital, I was blessed to do my internship with him at bwh.
