I received a gift voucher through Groupon and arranged an appointment for a patch test. I live a 30-minute drive away, so I made the journey only to find the salon closed with no prior notice. My calls and messages were ignored, and I was left completely out of pocket and inconvenienced. Very unprofessional service. If you don’t want to waste your time or money, I would strongly advise against booking with this salon.
Booked a service through groupon, asked if I could book in via WhatsApp she was quite blunt and u helpful as if she didn’t want to accept the groupon app for some reason, messaged her again the next day she ignored me, message again the day after she said I’m going on holiday so I asked if I could come for a patch test Thursday when she is back again she just fully ignored me, really rude no customer service skill at all I would avoid
I can’t recommend enough! I haven’t been to get my hair done in atleast 12 years and I’ve been extremely anxious to take the leap. I’ve never felt so instantly comfortable, genuinely lovely girls in there and they are AMAZING at what they do, I’m in love with my hair and the confidence I now have is insane. I won’t go anywhere else now🤍
