Firstly I was sent a letter with an appointment for February, but then recieved a call saying my appointment was for January at 2:15. The letter stated 3p and the call said 2:15, indeed I waited until 3pm. The instructions post appointment were poor. Overall terrible customer service.
I want to say thank you so much to the Imaging Department at BWC. I was nervous about the testing I was having done and each person I encountered was so kind. I especially want to give a shout out to Gargi Thaker. BWC is fortunate to have someone like her who knows how to treat patients and explains everything about the procedure you are having done. I've been a patient there for twenty five years. I'm now seeing Dr Desai Dr Arthur and Dr Prasada. Dr Prasada you rock' . He has kept me alive (litilary ) since 2008.
Good folks I saw but there are multiple doctors there but Anderson is the very best. 15 years ago I had no money or insurance and he saved my life. Literally.
Waited way too long....1.5 hrs then to exam room. Then another 30 mins before MD came in. Appt was at 4pm left at 6:15-ish. Way to long.
Everybody did a great job was very helpful and super nice. Thanks to all of you .
