RecommendedI recommend Dr. Matthew Chamberlain’ and his nurse Laurie Bushee. These two go above and beyond what they are called to do. Both are very respectful and never make you feel like a number. You never feel rushed in and out. When asked to complete paper work they complete it in a timely manner and inform you when it’s done. Dr. Chamberlain is by far one of the best Dr’s I have ever dealt with at Boice Willis. I truly respect him and would recommend him to anyone looking a good Dr.

This is my second visit to Boice Willis clinic. I loved the staff. I especially enjoyed Wendy. who performed my breathing test. She is EXCELLENT! My concern is. that there is no information desk as you enter the building There were two. seniors just standing there, trying to find there dr on the big lit up sign.One most definitely was visually impaired. I retrospect to GI Dept (Dr. Mahmoud) I would definitely NOT recommend! The wait time to be seen is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! EVERY appointment that I’ve had, the wait time is EXTREMELY LONG & one time I listened to him talk to a patient in the room next to me for 45minutes about everything but her appointment and totally forgot I was there!! That particular appointment I was there for 2 freaking hours!!!! excellent. punctual,pleasant, helpful. glad I found Boicr-Willis Clinics.
I arrived half an hour early for my visit, like I was told to do. I got my paperwork done and was in to see the dermatologist within 10 minutes of my appointment time. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I had to wait 6 months for an appointment. Called in January to make an appointment for the first available date - in July.
The staff was courteous but the hour wait time was totally unfair not to be notified because if you are 15 minutes late. You have to reschedule.
the receptionist on the 5th floor was so rude and had the nerve to talk about me right in my face they are I Dr. HOLLAND OFFICE AND it took so long to get checked in by her at least there was one understanding RECEPTIONIST Mrs. Carolyn thank you for het help
