This is such an amazing place. I've looked into other options for a six week challenge and never got a good vibe. The owner truly cares about the results and everyone is very helpful with any questions you may have. It feels so good to be able to fit into my old cloths and I am looking forward to buying new outfits. Seriously if I can follow this plan, anyone can!! I ate more with their guided nutrition than I ever did dieting! I'll never diet again. I've finally found my healthy way of life! Thank you BodyForge Fitness!
I think Body Forge is great! I haven't been able to be the best at sticking to a health and nutrition schedule , but honestly they were there and I am excited to see what else I can achieve. Thank you to all the trainers for all your help! I recommend you do this program is you are serious about making a conscious change with your health . "You show up , do the plan and the rest will work out " as they say. And it works.

A complete fitness package where there's personal training in a group environment along with the accountability of meal planning according to MY individual body type and goals. So greatful to find a program that isn't crossfit and focuses on mucscle groups. At my age it's all about strong muscles=strong bones!
Love this gym! I love the support the trainers provide! The owners sincerely want us to succeed! The personal relationship that the owners and trainers build with each of us is truly inspiring! Thanks BF team for building an amazing and supportive BF family!!!!!!
