I’m in the middle of my six week challenge and can’t say enough about my experience so far. The team at BodyForge is encouraging, supportive, informative and they leave no one behind👍. I’m surprising myself with the progress made already. They said it would happen...and it is.

In my first week of six week challenge. Doing things I would never have done on my own. Super excited about the whole process and the people are great!
The 6 week challenge has been smashed thanks to Josh, Anthony and Vinny at Body Forge. I've lost 23 lbs, 9 inches off my waist and most importantly my A1C has gone from 7.2 to 6.1 and my cholesterol has been put in check. It's not like I was totally out of shape as I'm about 6 foot tall and was 228 lbs. I've tried to watch what I eat in the past and exercise but was only able to shed about 10lbs.
