I recently did the 6 week challenge and I loved it!! I lost 21 lbs in 6 weeks. It is hard work but if you put the time and effort in it is worth it. I love the trainers and they have nice equipment. Vinny was great and he really cares about his clients, they all want you to succeed! :) Even after the challenge they give you the tools to keep going and reach new goals. A great gym "family" to belong to!
This is the best place to get a quality work out with trainers that know exactly how to push your limit. Amazing place. Thank you for all that you do.
