I have been to many gyms. I have had trainers. This is different. I felt at ease from the start. I may not be lifting the weight that others are doing, but the trainers are still there to make sure your form is right. Everyone is extremely supportive. Day 2 in the books and I am feeling it.
Pushed myself hard but had the support of amazing trainers. Thanks Josh for pushing me and showing me it's possible to lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks! On top of that going from 25% body fat to 20% and losing 5 inches off my waist!!!!! :) ��
Absolutely the most effective weight loss/nutritional program I have ever encountered! I fell in love with BodyForge during the 6 week challenge and still continue to achieve goals I only dreamed of before.
After going to different gyms, instructors, Zumba classes... These last nine weeks had been the best! Finally stick to a gym, learning to eat better, the instructors are very professionals that cares! Thank you! Again to my 2 best instructors....
