I wanted to lose weight because I strongly feel I was on my way to knee and hip surgery in my future if I kept continuing this life of not watching what I eat and not being active enough. I just finished my 6 week challenge and lost 15 lbs. and 2" in my waist! Since I started this challenge my body pains have gotten much better and starting to feel stronger especially my core! Disappointed! They offered a free 6 week challenge..super excited to see what I could do in 6 weeks with this " free" challenge and beyond. You aren't told til you get there that there is a 600$ " motivational" fee to be in the free 6 week challenge. If it's too good to be true, it is

The trainers are EXCELLENT. Not one day has gone by where they haven't helped me with my form or pushed me to be better than I think I can be. Today I did 48 push-ups. Three weeks ago I collapsed after two!
Love to start my day at the 5 am workouts here! Vinny Rosini, Joshua Moz, and Anthony Buck offer workouts that work you hard but leave you feeling great and wanting more!
