This place is seriously amazing. Not going to lie it takes hard work and dedication but with the help of the BFF family I was able to surpass my goal in week 5 of the 6 week challenge. If you want results I highly recommend Body Forge Fitness. They have great meal plans and an amazing team! You will not be disappointed!!
I would like to thank Vinny for allowing and helping me to lose weight at Body Forge! All the trainers Anthony, Joshua, Aleecia and Vinny are great in helping you achieve your goal! I did the 6 week challenge and lost 21.6 lbs! They help with nutrition and exercise! The vanilla protein shakes are super yummy they offer there at the Gym! Today I finished my 6 week challenge. Amazing results I lost 21.2 pounds and 5 inches off my waste. My body fat went down from 32.9% to 26.1% I couldn't have done it with out Vinny, Anthony and all the wonderful trainers. You truly are amazing. I feel and look better then ever. You guys are absolutely the best. ���
