I've lived all over the country and this is the best service department I've ever known, hands down. I plan to buy a new Mazda in 2019, and I will definitely buy it from Bob Moore.

As I have been dealing with Bob Moore Mazda since 2005, the service dept. is excellent. I have always been happy with the service that they have provided on my previous Mazda Tribute. As we own a 2016 Mazda 3 and a 2017 Mazda CX 5, I would recommend Bob Moore Mazda to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda. Overall the dealership is excellent. See Bobby Villegas if you are looking to purchase a new Mazda.

Took my daughter's car in for a dashboard gap that Mazda said would take 4 hours to fix. It took 6 hours. We left and the speedometer wasn't working. Service manager (not technician who actually worked on car) wanted to argue and said it wasn't working when we brought it in. Funny... we drove it 3 hours that morning and the speedometer worked the entire trip. Service technician took another look and discovered he forgot to connect it while fixing the original problem. Very poor service!

Not Happy. Brought car in for oil and tire rotation and a checkover for a road trip. Ask to check spare tire. Found 19 Lbs in spare, 29 in LF and 30 in one other tire. Windshield fluid at most 1/4 full and coolant reservoir was below L. Good thing I checked before hitting the road. Sheet showed everything in the green. Your tech is "gun decking" the report. (Navy slang)
