I had a wonderful experience at Bob Moore Mazda! Bobby Villegas was great to work with. We had a tense situation arise with another buyer there to possibly buy the same car. He handled it so professionally, as did all of the staff involved. Ask for Bobby when you go and you won't be disappointed. No pressure sales involved. Thank you for my one and only pleasant car buying experience (I've had many unpleasant ones)!

I purchased a Mazda CX-5 two years ago from Terry. He was very helpful and knew just what I wanted and gave me that. My husband and I go there still for any maintenance needs. We appreciate everything that company has done. Never have we had problems with them. Thank you guys sooo much!

Went & looked at a CX-5 way back in March. I told them I would be back, & texted Bobby V. this past Labor Day weekend. He had exactly what I wanted, there at the door (in the shade), ready & waiting for me! Bobby V. is great! Ask for him! The rest of the staff were great too! I didn't feel pressured. They worked with me to make it happen!

Terry Johnson is the reason that we purchased our car there. He was not the typical salesperson- he knew everything about the cars, which ones they had on lot, looked for the one we wanted, and never put any pressure on us as we told him upfront we were simply out looking and comparing. We left and looked at many other dealerships. Nothing compared to Terry and the Mazda car we wanted. Even after finding a better financial deal through our bank, they beat it. Looking for a new car, ask for Terry.
This place is absolutely awful. If you want someone to sit you down and give you the run around, sure, go here, and if you really like that kind of business go ahead and see Austin Baird. All they want to do is make a sale. Ask about one car they will push you into another. Get told a car has 2K miles, the sticker says 8.5k miles and turn it on and it has 12k. Forbid you want to go home and think about it too! DO NOT GO HERE! I'll take my business elsewhere thank you.

Let me tell you a little something. My niece Ashley told me to go see Jimmy Lai at Bob Moore Mazda, so we did! It was the best experience at any car dealership ever! We're now the proud owner of 2015 Kia Soul, fully loaded! I'm in love with it! The guys at Bob Moore Mazda were great! The showroom in clean, comfortable, inviting. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! A close friend of mine was scammed by this dealership! She traded her car and they approved, signed, and sold her a car. 10 days, 10 DAYS, later they call that the loan was NEVER official and is being denied!!! They are taking her car back, "trying" to track down the car she traded in and saying there is NOTHING they can now do for her. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! This place makes my skin crawl!
First the good news, no one likes a pushy car salesman. Didn't get that here. Now the bad news, I didn't see a sales person at all. I came, I parked, I walked the lot and found the car I had found advertised online. I looked at it, went back to my truck and waited five minutes and still never saw sales person. It wasn't until I was leaving the lot that I finally saw two sales people walk out front and fire up their cigarettes. I guess they're more interested in that than anything else. I've purchased two cars from this dealership; One in 2007, and another in 2014. I'm looking forward to the CX-3 release, but I'm not sure if my next vehicle will be a Mazda or not. The customer service there can be hit or miss. With my last vehicle purchase, I was immediately off the radar as soon as I drove my car off the lot, and two salespeople had to split the credit on the sale for some reason. One was pretty disrespectful to the other right in front of me, and that left a bad taste in my mouth for that particular rep. ... read more
