Buyer beware...I purchased a used Acura MDX here in December. They sold me a car with no jack, no tire iron, and NO spare tire. They did not divulge this, and I did not find this out until I became stranded on the interstate with a flat tire last week. I called and spoke with a manager who did not apologize but said he would discuss at the next managers' meeting. I have received no follow up from them. No offer to make sure my car had appropriate equipment and spare tire. Make sure you ask before you buy here!!

We couldn't be more pleased with the team at Bob Moore Mazda! Lance, our salesman and Joe, in the financial dept, were amazing! They went above and beyond in every aspect. Lance even helped entertain my 10 yr old daughter while we closed the deal on our 2016 Nissan Altima. We got a great deal & top notch customer service. We had a great experience buying a used car at bob moore Mazda. We weren't pressured and our budget constraints were listened to. The only part that was somewhat "used car salesy" was their attempt to sell us a warranty after we had already declined it twice. But otherwise, it was a great experience and we'd recommend buying from here!
