Service department was the best !! Sales men are HORRIBLE!! I was made to wait and wait while sales men stood around desk and talked. Was told they would call me, then they call me at the time I was at work, which they knew. Sales was rude. Service department gets 5 stars and I would give them more if I could. They were helpful, respectful and followed through with what they said. Very professional.

Just bought a 2018 Mazda 3 , already have a Mazda 6, came back to this dealership because of the service department. The service department is the best I have ever encountered. Sure hope they know how lucky they are to have these employees and make sure to keep them!! The car I wanted had to be located, this was done in a few days and delivery was right on schedule.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! We bought a brand new car last Tuesday. We had them add a “black out” package to the car and did not take it home that night. We were told the car would be ready in 3-4 days but it has yet to be delivered to us and we were told today it will be Friday, which will be 10 days after we signed papers. When we have tried to speak with a manager, we get told they are all with customers and nobody has bothered to call either of us back. Do not waste your time at this dealership.

I purchased my 2013 Mazda 3 new from Bob Moore. They are the only service department that has ever done anything to my car and I plan to keep it that way. I trust their judgement and their service recommendations. I do not feel that they have ever tried to get me to purchase something that wasn't necessary. I plan on keeping this car for a long time, and I think Bob Moore will help keep it in the best shape possible for it's age. Thank you!

Always a good experience with Bob Moore Mazda. They are efficient and keep me informed on the progress of repairs. The two waiting areas are both comfortable and it’s nice to have something to drink or a snack while waiting.! My only problem is with Mazda the car company. This is the third Bluetooth component I have had since owning the 2014 CX5. Now I’m having to pay under extended for a important safety part that continues to stop working. When it stops working the phone stops so you can’t even call 911 hands free! This is... read more
