I dropped in (no appointment) for an oil change and tire rotation. Ken actually apologized because I had to wait on people who had appointments and estimated how long it would be. Shortly, I got a text telling me to text him if I needed anything while I waited. Ken always takes the time to answer my questions and acts like I am the only thing on his to do list. Why four stars? This Saturday we purchased a 2012 Camaro from Bob Moore Mazda. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase. Our salesman was Gabriel Tucker. I can honestly say he is a such a knowledgeable and honest man. He was straightforward with us and did not try to fast talk us into something we could not afford. He even was able to help us stay within budget!

I was rear ended & checked with various body shops & decided to have the dealership do the work since the price was the same & the work done is excellent. I asked Jason in service if they could check my back tires due to constant air loss & he said of course. Not long after he called to say my car was done except the tires were very cracked, & since I travel a bit, I told him to replace them. Matt and Ken in service are wonderful. They were ready for my appointment and stayed in touch with me throughout the day. I will be back. A local tire dealer told me I needed new tires immediately and I felt this was wrong. While at the Bob Moore Mazda I asked Ken and he check my tires and quickly told me I have at least 10k more miles before it is time to replace.
