RecommendedWe love our Mazda 3. Received a notice in the mail for a recall and was able to make an appointment online to have fixed. Bob Moore was unable to fix it that day so they gave us a courtesy vehicle. The next day they called to say everything was done! Great customer service! My only complaint was I wanted to buy the super cute new Mazda they lent us as a courtesy vehicle!

3rd Mazda for my family from Bob Moore. Sales and service have both been great experience. I have a new CX9, my mother in-law recently picked her new CX5 and last weekend my wife picked her new CX5. Our driveway looks kinda like a Mazda dealership, lol. Awesome vehicles from and awesome dealership. Bob Moore, thanks for all you do for our family.
The service is very speedy and the manager was very nice and in most cases I’m very happy with the service there. Unfortunately I have an exception to the last service.
Since moving to Oklahoma, I have used Bob Moore Mazda service department for everything for my CX-9. From a seat belt replacement (note: my lab does not like long car rides, but does enjoy eating seat belts), oil changes, to any warranty work needed. Ken is always my service advisor, and I appreciate being warmly greeted. Service is always efficient and done correctly. Also, it helps they have the beautiful Convertible near the waiting area tables so I can drool over it...
My wife and I have had 11 Mazdas. My wife has had 7 And I have had .. Bob Moore does all service on our cars. Ken takes good care of me. Joe Wilson
I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership! Went in to look at a CX-3 and we were greeted by Terry. Terry took us on a test drive, was very personable, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable while there. We told Terry exactly what we were looking for, and he gave me a call a couple days later to let me know what he could get. I ended up making the purchase today and I'm very glad I did.
