Kody assisted me with my car. He was very nice, answered all of my questions & even washed my car for me. My car was done within a few hours, which was nice. I was impressed with the service I received from Bob Howard & Kody.
Mike hall goes out of his way to take care of the little things when I come in for service.
Had a great experience when I took my car in for its regularly scheduled maintenance. Was greeted promptly and Aaron Challis, the senior advisor, called (as I had asked) and had my car clean and ready by the time I had requested.
They worked with me all day. Until i was satisfied. And the service dept. Is number 1. They will always be my car dealer.
Bob Howard Toyota has always provided excellent service to me. I am on my 6th Toyota, and they have never disappointed me.
RecommendedI bought a Brand New Toyota Tundra from Bob Howard Toyota in Edmond and I have to admit I almost bought a Ford.. Michael was my salesman and he was awesome. He took me right to the truck I described I was looking for. We took it for a test drive and at the same time he had them take my trade in for a test drive. NO WAITING ALONE in the lobby alone for over a hour, maybe the other dealerships I went to should take notes from this team at Bob Howard Toyota in Edmond... Awesome TEAM! Great experience!! 5☆

Took my truck in for a routine repair due by mileage. They found a few legit things that needed to be repaired but also found a ton of other stuff they claimed needed to be done, to the tune of $7000-$9000. A routine minor leak in a hose was diagnosed and needing the entire steering rack needing to be replaced. Not only that their price for the part they quoted was sky high on top of the unnecessary replacement of be part itself. Downright dirty tactics. Just had the truck worked on elsewhere and it was $1100 for everything.... read more
