Had my 15,000 mile service this morning. Called at 7:15 and the appointment was for 8 am. Out by 8:30. Pleased with the turn around time since I waited. Thank you Bob Howard Toyota. Love my RAV 4.
Mark was my service tech. He was very kind and professional. He researched my service needs made sure everything was handled in a necessary and efficient manner. Called me and emailed me regarding the repairs And even helped me check for any available discounts. I felt like he was concerned and cared with out trying to up-sell me. He provided me with a sporty new loaner car so i could get to work. And to top it off made sure my car was washed at pick up. Thank you for all your help Mark. I call that #GETRDUNN
They are very kind and helpful. They set up a complimentary Uber ride to and from my house. They have complementary donuts, cookies, and coffee. My kids love the kids waiting area. They always explain everything and answer all my questions. I always take my car to them!
I got an appointment the same day I called. Everyone was very nice. Kotey was my service adviser, he was excellent! I would highly recommend Bob Howard Toyota.
