Got my oil changed today. Always Excellent Service. My service advisor Kotey Kinder was very professional and I received excellent customer service.
Took my 2017 Celica in for routine 30,000 mile maintenance. Everything was done, a few issues addressed and it took only the morning to finish the work. I've had five Toyotas, three of them purchased from Bob Howard, and the service has always been very good at a fair rate. While the latest Toyota wasn't purchased at Bob Howard because of extenuating circumstances, I know it will be serviced when needed.

Purchased our second Toyota in March, a black and white new Camry XSE 6 cyl with red leather interior. Al was a pleasure to work with, and Nolan Crick is the best service manager in this area. This car generates compliments every week!
Our actual sales person, Tyrone was pretty awesome. He knew what we wanted and helped us take our car seats in and out of each car to make sure they fit. He made sure we found the perfect car for our family. Taylor the sales manager however was a liar. He said he would go down on the price and then it came time to, he said no "I don't have the money".
