I bought my first Toyota earlier this year. Couldn’t have had a better Experience. They are super good about keeping up with appointments and when it’s time for your vehicle to be serviced. Took my Camry in today for service. It was quick and easy to drop off and pick up.
Michael was very helpful . The Uber waiting was taking so long after 3 tries. Maintenance sign didnt get off even after oil change.

Had a great experience in the service department for my 10k service on our Sienna. Amy Dobbs was extremely helpful and attentive, making sure the van was ready before my requested time despite having a busy schedule in the service department. Many thanks to Michael Wolverton for assisting me with an earlier lug nut issue and assuring me that their service department would take great care of me even though I didn’t purchase the vehicle there.
Great experience and service! They did everything they could to work with my schedule.
