Made a deal with George Denham who works for Bob Howard Toyota in Oklahoma City, OK on Saturday, 7/28/18. Everything was being handled over the phone because I live out of state. I found the car on auto trader and after working with George I had made a deal to purchase the car. That Saturday, I gave a deposit of $1,000 dollars and was told the car was now mine. I came to buy a new car with my family, and as you can imagine this was going to be my first big girl purchase- I was so pumped! We were having a great time and the girl that we were dealing with was SO GREAT!!! S/O to Earriel for being so personable, caring, and trying to fit my needs you can make buying a car so easy! The service department was great. And ask for George! He did a really good job at breaking things down and explaining what was going on. Also very patient and attentive!
RecommendedThe folks at Bob Moore Toyota treated me like royalty while making a repair to my vehicle. They were so helpful and friendly, prompt and professional! They did a diagnostic check outside of my repair and emailed a comprehensive report to me; gave me complimentary Uber to/from my office, washed my car before returning it. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Great service! No complaints ;) I will drive out of my way to come here over the competitor closer to my home.
