Kotey with the service team made recommendations for my 5-year-old RAV4 recently but wasn’t pushy or dramatic. I appreciated his friendly and understanding style so I called him when I was ready to have work done. Today was service day for my RAV4 and I’m pleased with the comprehensive service I received & willingness to negotiate best price for a new set of tires!
Let me just say that Mr. Simon is a wonderful manager. I did have some issues but they were all resolved in a professional way. I think he’s the best managers You have ever had.I was ultimately very happy with my service and would absolutely recommend Bob Howard Toyota to you all my friends

We had a great experience. Navid, the salesman we dealt with went out of his way to see that we were treated very well. He found us the exact used car we were shopping for and in the exact price range we planned to pay.
