I bought a 2015 Tacoma PU. I love it ! The salesman Julio was very friendly . The manager and finance department was also friendly . My experience there was very good although I did have to haggle on the trade-in for my truck more than I should have . But I would recommend Bob Howard Toyota to my friends and family
I purchased a new tundra from Bob Howard. The salesmen where nice (reason for 2 stars) everything else is pure shady business.. they quoted me a price but when I got there they jacked it up 1500 for "added options" and paperwork fees. I didn't notice until I got home that their "added options" was the paint guard stickers that Toyota gulf states area already added and already charged for.. So Bob Howard double charges $800.. Recommendedfriendly staff, work done quickly
I scheduled an appointment online and took my husbands car in to have regular service done. Mark was my Service Consultant and did a fantastic job. However, he emailed me the inspection report and in the report there was a yellow flag for the air filter and cabin air filter. It read "Found air filter dirty" and "Found cabin air filter dirty," respectively. We were told our air filter was dirty. Funny, I changed it 5 days ago.
My family and I were from out of town for a soccer tournament in Edmond when my 2009 Toyota Highlander had a Alternator go out (166,000 miles). Bob Howard Toyota sent a wrecker service and allowed us to have a loaner car while they repaired our Highlander within 24 hours (Fri-Sat) so we could make it back home after the weekend. Awesome customer service that saved the day for our family.
