Today I went in for my 50k oil change. I also asked to check my brakes. My appointment was for 9:30am. They had my car ALL day. I finally got it at 5pm! Amy helped me and she was great! I highly recommend her, but the service part was terrible! They did have to change my brake pads but I shouldn’t be without my car all day! I think I will go to Fowler Toyota in Norman next time.
Thanks for the help with our van and being understanding of our out of town breakdown.
