We took our car in for its usual maintenance as well as a recall problem. A tech called us to ask us if we wanted an alignment that was needed we said yes they also asked us if we wanted a cabin filter we said no We would change that ourselves. Ever since we picked it up our air conditioner blower motor is making a bad noise. I am not happy about this because it wasn’t making a noise when we dropped it off.
Might Higgins was just a wonderful guy to work with. Thank you Mike for for letting me be myself and the great service you gave me.
Bob Howard takes care of both of our vehicles. They are always accurate and efficient.
They tell you what repairs they recommend to do but they don't put a high pressure sell on you. They let you decide yourself what repairs YOU want done.
I have been going to Bob Howard since 2005 and I have never had any bad experience everything has always been a top-notch and excellent service both in buying and in servicing the vehicles that I have bought which is a total of four. I recommend Bob Howard Toyota without hesitation or reserve.
