Had a great experience. Went there last Saturday not intending to buy a car, but somehow closed the place down and drove off in our brand new Camry. Our sales guy Josh was freaking awesome!!! We drove from Tulsa and it was worth every mile!!
Truthfully, I feel bad having to write this review. Normally, I would score Bob Howard's Service department with a 5 star rating. When I scheduled my appointment I selected a time to be able to wait in the waiting area. My car is a very important part of my work day, so I must be able to wait for it. I even showed up 25 minutes early thinking it would help with time. As time went by my service associate guy kept brushing me aside and attending to other customers. I am from out of state and Trey and Michael worked hard to make my experience as positive as possible. The staff at Bob Howard Toyota were all helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them. Plus they washed my truck before returning it.

I was greeted by Aaron Challis, he was very friendly and accommodating. He listened to me as I explained to him that I have been a loyal customer for 18 years, on a fixed income and he kept my cost to a minimum. As I waited the sales and management staff were super kind to answer questions and complimented my service dog Chloe. I was treated with RESPECT. Unlike Jimmy’s Egg treated me as a disable person.
