Bob Howard Toyota typically does a good job but today is the exception. 1st of all I was over charged $25 when checking out. They fixed that. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home, I noticed a burning smell and oil dripping everywhere. Luckily I have a 2nd vehicle I can use. They did however send a tow truck to my house and will deliver the car back when they fix the issue, so I applaud them for that. My main disappointment was that my car was not washed after my initial maintenance before I picked it up.
Always quick, efficient, and courteous service. They always check everything and give recommendations for additional service with no hard sell.
Cody was great today! I had my tires rotated and oil changed. They provided an Uber to and from my house so I did not have to wait there. My car was clean and ready to go after a couple hours! thank you Bob Howard!
The staff was very nice and friendly. answered all my questions and was able to work out a good deal with me. made me feel comfortable and not pressured to just buy something.
