RecommendedToday was my first visit to Bob Howard Toyota. I couldn’t be happier. I had the scheduled 5000 mile maintenance. The staff was very courteous and professional. Prompt service and truck washed. The cookies were good too.

Ohhhhh where to begin? I think I’ll just make a pros and cons list to get my point across how I feel about this place. Pros: they were extremely quick in making me an offer that was GREAT based off of the joke of a quote Jim Norton gave me. They also gave me more for my trade in which was extremely appreciated. The service managers at Bob Howard are always the best! I appreciate the way they take care of my car and save me money off what the big chain oil change places charge. So glad I chose to get my tires there too. The free rotation comes in handy and all at the same place where they know my car inside and out. Thank you!
Fixed the recalls on my 2017 Tacoma and got me in and out quicker than any other dealer has in the last 30 years. Expecting to spend two to three hours and I was out in less than an hour after fixing the two issues.
