I made a service appointment for an oil change at 9:30 am and, as I had made an appointment assumed that would get my car a higher priority. It did not. BH had my car for 3 hours. I was thankful for the Uber ride to a restaurant, but wasn’t able to get another one back. I was lucky to have a friend drive me back to the dealership after I was directed to my service advisors voicemail twice to get a ride back.
