good service and fast and honestly
I always take my FJ in to Bob Howard Toyota because of there consistency. They are always helpful and have done a good job. I was particularly impressed with my service advisor Amy Dobbs this last time.
Always takes good care of my car. There waiting area has free cookies,donuts,water,coffee, etc. and is very comfortable. Amy Dodd’s is so friendly as well as the other people working there.
People are nice!! Only thing is they take FOREVER to change the oil in my 4Runner !!!
Service department was very professional. George was my service representative. Did a fastastic job.

Had a 9 am appointment for oil change and tires rotation, 3 hours later I am still waiting and than they come out to tell me everything I need on a 2016 Camary, don’t have a problem that, but I told you what I wanted when I came in and every time I ask about my car they say 5 minutes or 10min
