Prompt sign in and speedy drop off. Friendly tech and the work was completed in about 90 minutes (I didnt wait on it). Had to put up with the routine cabin filter replacement brew-ha-ha, what a joke, but other than that no issues. They tech forgot to stamp my maintenance records and he actually ran it back to the office to take care of it. I will def use them again
RecommendedMike Greenwood was my service consultant and he was professional and courteous. He explained the repairs and cost to me several times to give me options in payment, because the work was extensive. I turned in my car at 10:00 a.m. and it was ready by 4:30 p.m. And that is efficient to me because I had several items repaired on my vehicle. I also would like to say they have an awesome coffee machine. I helped myself to an espresso shot and a cappuccino prior to leaving after dropping off my car. It was delicious! Klucas

Oil change and inspection. On time at advertised price.
Had to have my car towed there on sat had a problem with the computer -it’s my first hybrid and was not sure why it would not start after I tried to change a simple fuse. Not sure who I talked to on the phone Saturday evening but she was very kind and helpful. Today I worked with Amy my service technician She was very professional and patient She kept me informed throughout the day of what they were doing with the car to get it fixed. I always enjoy the Service I get with Bob Howard. They are courteous and fast and the cookies and donuts are a nice touch. Additionally with their wireless internet I’d I want to get some work done on the computer I can do that too. And unlike the old days, I can get my car serviced by the company that sold me the car and it will be competitive with the other outfits. I really like Bob Howard Toyota!
