Michael was my service rep and did a fantastic job of keeping me informed, provided me with a cute little book about my car for future reference on services needed for my next visit! Here is the best part, he washed my very dirty car!!! Services provided were both prompt, and satisfactory!! Great job Bob Howard & Michael. Love my shiny car!

1. Car wash on every visit
The wait times are very long for maintenance. My house is 21 miles away and the uber service does not reach my house either leaving me to pay for uber myself or wait for hours. Bob Howard contacts my husband on his number instead of contacting me. We have asked for this to be corrected many many times but it is not.
