RecommendedMy tire warning was on and i came to Bob Howard thinking it just needed air. Instead there was a nail in the tire. I was in a rush because I had an appointment in 40 minutes. They took it in, checked and found the tire couldn’t be repaired immediately they put on the spare so I could make my appointment, ordered a tire, mounted it on my wheel and called to tell me to come in and they’d put it on the car. They did the work I requested and understood that I couldn't do everything that was recommended right now. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the work needed and completed.
