We bought a used truck from them. The guy that traded it in only turned in one key. Our sales guy called him and he said he would send the 2nd key in with a prepaid mailer. The sales guy was then supposed to mail it to us and we still haven’t received the 2nd key. We have tried to call and text our sales guy he won’t answer or return text. So I called the manger over the used side and he was supposed to call me back and never did. What good is a dealership if your manger sucks as bad as your sales guys?
