A couple weeks ago I purchased a used vehicle through Bob Howard Toyota/Scion. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership, and I would not recommend them to anyone. The salesman that I worked with had little to no knowledge about the vehicle, and he seemed to care more about getting my signature than answering my questions. We asked to see the mechanics notes or inspection report from when they took the vehicle in, and he told us that he couldn’t get that for us but that it had been serviced. Had my car serviced here, they were very upfront and helpful. Offered me uber services to and from the service center and communicated with me the whole way through. After I was quoted a price for my repair, I checked with a couple of other shops and their price was reasonable. Would definitely come back.
